Introduction
The Lawyers' Insurance Association of Nova Scotia has a Risk & Practice Management Program that offers assistance to members in managing their practices more effectively and minimizing their exposure to claims. All information received is confidential and will not be disclosed to the Nova Scotia Barristers' Society unless required by law or requested to do so by the member to whom the information pertains.
